- Managing the customer service and administration team, located in Poland, Germany, UK, Switzerland
- Responsibility for complex customer service and administration activities including orders processing, shipments planning
- Creating a positive customer service environment regarding great relationship, modern technology tools as CRM, SAP and further implementation of advanced customer service solutions
- Supporting the culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English, Polish (German is welcome)
- Dynamic and open customer-oriented personality
- Strong leadership skills, experience in people management
- Optimization of a customer service processes and the structure
- Technology utilization - following the new technology trends, service software and dedicated IT tools
- Analytical mindset – tracking and reporting the key performance indicators
- Team player and self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
- Readiness to travel within Europe up to 20% of the worktime
- Sales and customer service experience in the window industry will be a plus
