    The Impact You'll Make in this Role

    As a Customer Service Representative, you have a fantastic opportunity to:

    • Proactively manage customer relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all queries and issues.
    • Handle customer transactions related to order management and resolve any issues efficiently.
    • Review and ensure compliance with purchase order requirements and liaise with the business on customer relationship management.
    • Prepare and review reports and dashboards, conduct service process analysis, and drive improvements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure service quality and resolve claims.
    • Participate in customer meetings to identify areas for improvement.

    Your Skills and Expertise

    • Bachelor's degree or higher.
    • Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
    • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, with knowledge of SAP and Salesforce desirable.
    • English and Danish at minimum C1 level (additional European languages are a plus).
    • Additional qualifications:
