- Conduct regular visits, meetings to customers to understand their needs and promote our products and services
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their specific requirements
- Collaborate with internal team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build stong relationships with customers, partners and sales channels
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends
- Runs the operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools.
- Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Engineering Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar)
- Understanding sales through different channels
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience on a similar position
- Good command of English
- Valid and clean B driving license
- Enjoy travelling and working with customers (availability to travel in Poland 3-4 days a week)
