Take command of our Install Business team in our region (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland) and, alongside our General Manager, supercharge our sales and operations, affirming our position as the unrivaled market leader.

    Your Mission:

    As our Regional Sales Head, you're more than a leader — you're a catalyst for change

    Who You Are:

    Demonstrable International Experience: Candidates should have experience covering our region (Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland) or a significant part thereof.

    Leadership of Multiple Sales Managers: Proven capability in managing multiple sales managers is a must.

    Sales Volume Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing significant sales projects, with a focus on handling large-scale sales operations that reflect considerable financial impact and strategic importance)

    Proven Track Record: A well-documented track record of success in relevant roles is essential.

    An accomplished leader with extensive experience in leading Applied Sales & Operations in the HVAC/IR sectors, backed by a relevant degree.

    You will:

    Champion a high-performing team of Sales Managers, fostering sales excellence and a commitment to diversity across borders.

    Excel in B2B service sales, igniting enquiries, managing key accounts, and forging robust connections with diverse stakeholders.

    Serve as the face of Johnson Controls, driving premier business opportunities in HVACR New Install projects

    Clearly communicate our value proposition, harness feedback for business enhancement, and devise forward-thinking sales strategies.

    Maintain a strong performance framework for sales engineers, setting the bar for excellence.
