Take command of our Install Business team in Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Austria and Switzerland , alongside our Regional General Manager, supercharge our sales and operations, affirming our position as the unrivaled market leader.

    Your Mission:

    As our Regional Sales Head, you're more than a leader — you're a catalyst for change

    You will:

  • Champion a high-performing team of Sales Managers, fostering sales excellence and a commitment to diversity across borders.
  • Excel in B2B service sales, igniting enquiries, managing key accounts, and forging robust connections with diverse stakeholders.
  • Serve as the face of Johnson Controls, driving premier business opportunities in Fire and Security and BMS New Install projects
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition, harness feedback for business enhancement, and devise forward-thinking sales strategies.
  • Maintain a strong performance framework for sales engineers, setting the bar for excellence.
  • Who You Are:

  • Accomplished Leader : You have extensive experience leading Applied Sales & Operations in the Fire and Security and/or BMS sectors. Your focus is on non-residential business, and you hold a relevant degree.
  • Sales Virtuoso : You're a proven sales achiever, consistently meeting and exceeding targets. Your track record includes managing a sales volume ranging from $40 million to $100 million.
  • Leadership of Multiple Sales Managers : You excel at managing multiple sales managers. Your ability to lead and guide a team is essential.
  • Regional Expert with International Experience : You bring international exposure from a sales leadership position, specifically covering our region or a significant part of it.
  • Strategic and Culturally Attuned Thinker : You think strategically, considering both short-term goals and long-term vision. Your fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of other languages, especially German, is advantageous.
