- Managing the full contract lifecycle process for assigned vendors
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure both new purchases and contract renewals are processed correctly
- Negotiating contract terms with vendors, including both commercial and contractual terms
- Reviewing purchase orders and ensuring that they are in line with company policies and procedures
- Ensuring that all contracts are in line with the budgeted cost for the applicable fiscal year
- Analyzing costs and recommending ways to reduce expenses by identifying opportunities for process improvement or technology enhancement
- Preparing reports on expenditures and analyzing trends in spending to identify areas of potential waste or abuse
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers who can meet the company's needs
- Recommending new suppliers and negotiating supplier contracts to ensure that all terms are met
- Suggesting improvements for procurement-related processes and policies
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a global fintech company.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar procurement software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment with a high sense of urgency
