- Support PR to PO process, track goods receipt, confirm delivery and conditions with suppliers, ensure invoice processing.
- Manage the day-to-day cooperation with a portfolio of international approved suppliers, fulfilling the needs of both internal and external customer. You will execute the Procurement Strategy by cooperating with the Sourcing team.
- Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on ERP system or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price
- Ensure all Procurement activities in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Active student status
- Proficient in English (min. B2) and French (min. B2)
- Open mind, analytical thinking, collaborative
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Any experience working in a shared services environment would be a strong plus
- Advanced Excel skills and other European language would be a plus (German)
- Availability: 20-30 h/week (hybrid mode and flexible hours)
- Internships from 3 up to 12 months

To do so you will closely collaborate with Procurement Managers, Procurement Team Members and internal stakeholders across Europe.
