your tasks

• Managing contractual documentation. Securing company's interests by contracting goods and services for newly acquired business.
• Supply Chain Intelligence: optimize and execute end-to-end sourcing activities. This includes conducting should-cost modelling, supplier industry analysis in consideration of business needs, and advising on category management strategy.
• Deal Making/Negotiations: driving total cost reductions for the business. This includes safeguarding category-specific risks and resolving conflicting negotiation positions while maintaining relationships.
• Build a resilient supply chain network or ecosystem that can effectively absorb, adapt to, recover from, and withstand various forms of disruptions.
• Deliver value using the provisions of the Category Strategies, drive continuous improvement in process performance, and eliminate inefficiencies.

what we expect

• Experience as a Procurment Specialist or in a similar position.
• Negotiation skills: The ability to negotiate favorable terms and pricing is crucial for this role.
• Analytical skills: able to analyze proposals and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of different suppliers to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Proficiency with procurement systems and tools.
• Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• English language skills at a min. B2 level.
