- Coordinate customer's queries with the relevant departments for dispute resolution.
- Manage customer administration needs to help them pay the invoices (send account statement, dunning letter, provide invoice copy when required).
- Contact customers to collect outstanding debt (phone, e-mail). Ensure that payment terms are met and follow up of overdue amounts.
- Allocate payments and reconcile accounts.
- Proactively build relationships with the customer, continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at university. Preferably in Finance, Business or equivalent,
- Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English,
- Intermediate communication skills in Spanish (B1),
- Willingness to learn,
- Ability to work within a team and individually.
