    PROJECT INFORMATION:

    • Assignment type: B2B


    • Project length: 6 months + extensions (long-term project)

    You will work alongside Product Owners/Managers, and Software Engineers in the Regulatory at Cloud integration team in the IB.

    REQUIREMENTS :

  • 5+ years working in a similar position.
  • Previous exposure in IB, ETD / Cleared OTC business process
  • Experience in dealing and handling ETD Clearing middle Office applications
  • Working within Agile methodologies
  • Supporting the Clearing Crew
  • Significant experience across OTC Derivative Products
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills including MS Word and Excel
  • Experience working across a Global team in a dynamic environment
  • Strong Stakeholder Management experience

    • RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own together with the Crew Product Lead the overall quality of the crew's products (central counterparty trade clearing, trade allocation, books & records and reporting) including their operational health, client and internal user satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes.
  • Ensure best-in-class technical delivery of a family of products enabling excellent client journeys throughout their lifecycle.
  • Co-design the crew's long-term vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and key results as well as representing the crew in the quarterly business review.
  • Operate as a strong local and global team-player with experience working in a dynamic organization and able to build bridges between different stakeholders within the organization.
  • Lead the crew in agile practices, empowering and developing crew members, and striving for continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation.
  • Manage stakeholders and take ownership of technical escalations, working to resolve issues, remove impediments and make the necessary technical improvements.
  • Build and foster a constructive partnership with key 3rd party vendors with regular engagement to ensure the service offering remains robust, stable and reliable.
