- Conduct thorough market research and analysis within the pharmaceutical industry to identify potential clients with their own software development departments, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical sector to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions as the ideal fit
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of our clients
- Drive sales of our own software products
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to the management team
- Higher education (preferred in business or related field)
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the software industry
- Strong understanding of custom applications and software products
- Exceptional sales and negotiations skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Fluent English (C1) with excellent communication and presentation abilities
