    Our Warsaw office is an incredibly exciting addition to our EMEA expansion. We're already in the UK, France, and Germany, and the new Poland location acts as a global engineering and product development hub alongside our headquarters in Redwood City, California.

    Why Box needs you:

    The Box Notes team is seeking an experienced Product Manager II to execute on the strategy, roadmap, design, and delivery of our document creation tool that boasts real-time collaborative editing and generative AI capabilities. Box Notes is one of Box's stickiest products, and we want you to take it to the next stage of it's evolution. You will build an even more engaging and dynamic product that users love, and will partner closely with the engineering team based at our Warsaw office. Additionally, you will work closely with design, product marketing, business development, customer success, solution engineering and more cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and execute on the strategy.

    What you'll do:

  • Lead the prioritization of work and help make resourcing and prioritization tradeoffs
  • Use data, both quantitative and qualitative, to make informed product decisions
  • Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable customer value
  • Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria by working closely with Design and Engineering Leads
  • Measure results and iterate on features with a keen eye towards driving metrics that matter
  • Collaborate with GTM teams including Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering etc. to effectively communicate product messaging to customers, identify high-vale use cases, and explore new product opportunities
  • Lead internal team meetings such as sprint planning and occasionally external customer meetings
  • Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team

    • Who you are:

  • 3+ years as software product manager, solution delivery manager, business analyst, or project manager
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields
  • Data-driven and comfortable using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product prioritization and the roadmap
  • Capable of leading and motivating a team of engineers in a challenging, dynamic and global environment
  • Comfortable negotiating technical requirements and dependencies across the technical stack
  • Effective communication with all types of audiences, developers, procurement, or executives
  • Must speak English proficiently

Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
