Initial triage of security events, determining entities involved and providing context to investigation notes Monitor and respond to security events across our cloud infrastructure, Saa S applications and native mobile application Handle BAU responsibilities and provide technical support to colleagues across the business.

Utilise threat intelligence and proactively hunt for threats within our environments Regularly review and document the challenges in SOC operations to efficiently reduce alert fatigue and improve our monitoring and detection.
