    Opis
    • Lead and manage multinational teams (around 3-4 Team Leaders managing up to 50 Specialists)
    • Regularly report and forecast team's results to senior management, with a minimum of weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates
    • Motivate, inspire, and engage team members to achieve their goals
    • Develop and implement team improvement plans based on data-driven insights
    • Establish and strengthen relationships with a key customer
    • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives
    • Collaborate effectively with other members of the leadership team, other company departments, and key partners

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Proven track record of successfully managing SSC/BPO/ Business consulting projects across diverse global organizations
    • Successfully led and developed multinational teams of operational specialists, delivering projects on time and within budget
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate diverse teams across multiple cultures, resulting in improved team performance and client satisfaction
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of delivering presentations to C-level clients
    • Expertise in acquiring new knowledge, industry and products, including analysis of complex data, measurements of trends and budgets
    • Exceptional time management, multitasking, goal-oriented, and strategic and process-oriented skills
    • Experienced in managing business transition/transformation processes would be a significant asset
    • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Economics would be a valuable asset
