    Do wewnętrznych struktur EWL, zespołu International Arrival, poszukujemy doświadczonego Arrival Operations Managera.

    OBOWIĄZKI:

    • Opracowywanie kompleksowej strategii operacyjnej dla działu przyjazdów i wyjazdów.
    • Analiza trendów rynkowych, identyfikacja nowych możliwości rozwoju oraz ocena ryzyka związanego z operacjami międzynarodowymi i krajowymi.
    • Współpraca z innymi działami w firmie (np. HR, marketing, finanse) w celu zapewnienia spójności strategii i maksymalizacji efektywności operacyjnej
    • Ustanawianie i utrzymanie relacji z kluczowymi partnerami i dostawcami usług w różnych krajach.
    • Inicjowanie projektów mających na celu wprowadzenie innowacji i ulepszeń w procesach obsługi przyjazdów i wyjazdów, w tym technologicznych.
    • Analiza feedbacku od klientów i pracowników w celu identyfikacji obszarów do poprawy i rozwoju nowych usług.
    • Implementacja systemów kontroli kosztów i budżetowania, w tym prognozowanie finansowe i analiza odchyleń.

    WYMAGANIA:

    • Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu rozproszonymi strukturami operacyjnymi.
    • Doświadczenie w pracy w sektorze usług doradczych i HR.
    • Doświadczenie w organizacji procesów obsługi klienta różnych nacji i kultur.
    • Doświadczenie w nawiązywaniu relacji biznesowych z podwykonawcami (wyszukiwanie, negocjacje warunków, tworzenie SLA / KPI współpracy).
    • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2
    • Zdolność do efektywnej komunikacji z różnymi interesariuszami na różnych poziomach organizacji
    • Bardzo dobre umiejętności planowania i organizacji
    • prawo jazdy kategorii B
