- Searching for land suitable for residential investments in Poland main cities (Directly & Indirectly thought her/his network of agents).
- Updating the CRM system for comprehensive land prospection and acquisition efforts.
- Preparing first land analysis incl. architectural concept, competition analysis, map of the project and initial budget.
- Meeting owners, summarizing and presenting suitable projects to the CEO and sign LOI's with owners.
- Conducting a full due diligence process (technical, environmental, legal, tax, administrative).
- Preparing and submitting land purchase offers.
- Negotiating sales purchase agreements, controlling the fulfillment of its conditions
- Preparing and optimizing budgets and schedules until final sales agreement signing
- Cooperating and maintaining relations with intermediaries and external contractors
- Negotiating infrastructure and road contracts (including ZRID), design contracts with architects, obtaining technical conditions for utilities, setting easements
- Obtaining administrative decisions, incl. zoning decisions, environmental decisions, demolition permits, tree falling decisions, remediation decisions etc.
- Growing her/his own team according to our Business Development.
- Master degree (Engineering, Urbanism, etc) in on of the best polish universities
- 7 to 15-year experience of experience in land acquisition and development out of
- which a vast majority in the residential sector.
- Enthusiasm and will to work in start-up mode to grow the company with the Poland
- CEO

- Very solid track-record of land purchases closing (residential) from recent years.
