Opis
Responsibilities :
Support international carve-out projects of any kind and size Conduct operational project management tasks to support the carve-out project manager and transversal carve-out workstream leader Drive and follow up on critical topics on behalf of the project manager Follow up with workstream leaders on their deliverables & workstream status Update project plans, risk registers and other key project documents; feed project reporting templates & dashboard on project and carve-out portfolio level Build key project deliverables & documents for Steering Committees under the guidance of the carve-out project or workstream leaders Collaborate with external consultants (e.g.
M&A consultants) Apply best practices & guidelines determined by the carve-out governance body Feed back learnings to the carve-out governance team and support them in adapting templates, trainings, etc.
requirements-expected : Successfully completed bachelor studies 2 years' experience in project management, preferably with M&A projects Experience in coordination & support functions, (e.g.
status updates, project tracking & controlling, meeting facilitation, ...)
