    Responsibilities

  • Support domain reporting for multiple domains, primary support of the Corporate finance domain
  • Address domain specific questions and provide support to the Global HUB Domain Controller
  • Assist in the preparation of forecast and budget reporting packages
  • Implementation of the actual reporting including deviation analyzes and, if necessary, determination of measures to achieve goals together with the relevant departmental function manager
  • Monitoring the development of costs and following up on the agreed measures, ensure proper measure tracking and reporting
  • Be able to utilize ZF reporting tools to provide detailed analysis to management team and respond to tasks
  • Support fellow team members
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of the operating unit and headquarters personnel

    • Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance / controlling, especially in planning / reporting
  • Experience in interdisciplinary project work
  • Targeted and careful way of working combined with very good analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word, Access)
  • ERP system experience (SAP)
  • Reliability and the ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills in an international environment primary in English
  • High flexibility, resilience, and interest in new challenges
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills
