We are seeking a new team member to join our Sales Systems & Processes Team, located across different countries.

Main responsibilities and outcomes in the role of Digital Customer Collaboration Expert & Customer Documentation Officer - Sales

• Supporting external electronic customer communication including customer portals & systems (portal management)
• Providing global support to internal colleagues in managing access to external customer portals/systems
• Coordinating external user access management in customer systems (creating, changing, and deactivating ZF employees' access rights)
• Assisting in initiating new customer requirements, terms, and conditions to ensure IT, data, and information security while safeguarding intellectual property
• Routing relevant incoming customer documents
• Supporting and monitoring the document assessment process and subsequent actions

Required skills and background / primary competencies

• Bachelor's degree with initial professional experience (preferably in customer support, customer service, or portal management)
• Previous exposure in the automotive or related industry (e.g., machinery, rail, aerospace, etc. – renowned international corporations)
• Demonstrated strong service orientation and effective coordination abilities
• Customer-centric mindset and exceptional communication skills
• Capability to collaborate in an international team with cultural sensitivity
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French/Spanish/Italian/German/Polish would be advantageous
