    Mission of the position

    According to the Regional 3-YP, leading sales processes optimization and store-network development, designing and implementing retail excellence programs and processes, monitoring their effectiveness and efficiency over time and ensuring best practices development and the best level of service and experience for our customers while guaranteeing performance maximization, in collaboration with IT, HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain

    Your responsibilities

    In detail, the candidate will drive and coordinate with strong leadership all the Country Retail Excellence activities and projects, specifically:

  • Sales performance and operational excellence at store level: ensuring Amplifon Sales Operating Model is applied across all countrys stores to foster continuous funnel optimization and to deliver the best in-store CX.
  • Generate sales business insights to support data-driven decisions at all levels of the organization leveraging on advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Provide data-fueled solutions to support sales actions effectiveness
  • Support stores organizational evolution through People Excellence: develop the right skills and capabilities set needed to constantly improve in-store performance and implement effective development paths supported by coaching and training activities. Orchestrate and support the REX training activities with the REX trainer
  • Drive sales effectiveness: through attentive agenda management, optimized sales conversion, skillful omnichannel orchestration and optimized time management guide and support Sales Team on daily basis by driving improvement & KPI monitoring.
  • Foster a continuous performance dialogue: constantly monitoring commercial KPIs, encouraging proactive performance improvement and intelligent benchmarking, being in charge to commercial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, sales incentives calculation, etc.
  • Along with HR is responsible for the design, implementation and roll-out of stores incentive systems and sales promotions, develops and executes promotional activity calendar together with Marketing, measures results
  • Supports the network development by planning opening, and finding new opportunities
  • Provide the optimal hearing and fitting audiological protocols and ensure the highest audiological quality standards (rooms, tools, etc.) to guarantee differentiating audiological services
  • Go to market and ideal store Network: perform strategic analysis to develop and optimize sales networks, ensure geographical footprint optimization leveraging on the best store formats and retail mix (e.g. DOS, agents, franchising, etc.)
  • Indirect line report Retail Excellence Trainig Lead

    • Our requirements

  • Extensive retail management experience preferably with an audiology diploma
  • B2 in English
  • Master or bachelor degree
  • Experience in healthcare retail
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Teamwork attitude, ability in working and achieving results through others
  • Proven leadership and inspirational skills
  • Ability to enter the details without losing the whole picture
