- Prepare/issue Request for Proposal packages in accordance with the Project Contracting Plan
- Coordinate, chair, and document bid clarification meetings or Request for Proposal meetings for dedicated scopes of work
- Develop client relationships by establishing and maintaining communications with client representatives and project staff through on-going contact and reports to provide for client satisfaction; lead client and contractor presentations and meetings
- Participate in the pre-qualification process of subcontractors; monitor and track subcontractors' compliance to Fluor's standards and procedures including but not limited to (HSE), Quality, and Finance procedures
- Review and provide prime contract flow-down language to sub-contracts; negotiate commercial conditions and obtain legal approval
- Carry out contract risk identification and develop mitigation actions
- Execute and coordinate effort related to bid evaluation process (technical and commercial), and award recommendation
- Prepare, maintain, retrieve, and communicate records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet Client and Contract Management requirements
- Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
- Organize and prioritize a variety of tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
- May need to travel to attend to business related matters
- Readiness to be assigned to site for the project duration time
- Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Law
- Minimum (5) years of work-related experience
- Polish and international field assignment experience;
- Ability to communicate, negotiate and prepare commercial contract conditions in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related commercial and technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Work in an experienced team, on international projects for key clients in the Oil and Gas and Advanced Technologies Life and Sciences industries
