    We are looking for Incident Manager to join our ACE Service Management&Operations Team,

    Personal traits we're looking for:

    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • A highly organized team player, able to multitask and learn quickly
    • Willing to get involved and responsible for the assigned tasks
    • Seeking for continuous improvement

    Our requirements:

    • Very good command of English, both spoken and written
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service
    • Understanding of Incident Management
    • Basic understanding of Change Management (nice to have)
    • Service Desk or Incident Manager experience
    • ITIL knowledge and experience
    • SAP awareness

    Your responsibilities:

    • Acting as a Process Lead in Incident Management area in applicative environment (SAP).
    • Acting as a point of escalation for complex Incident related issues.
    • Responsible for auditing Incidents with regards to quality.
    • Leading and participating in operational and management oriented meetings.
    • Supporting Service Request, Problem, Knowledge and Change Management processes.
    • Responsible for supporting audit.
    • Participating in various projects related to Service Management.
    • Coordinating and supporting all activities required to restore services or reduce impact of incidents.
    • Managing reports and communication.
