- Delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees according to defined Service Level Agreements
- Processing HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employees
- Ensuring that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, and providing reports where required
- To be enrolled at a university with valid student status
- Knowledge of English and French languages at min. B2 level
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- A proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can-do" attitude
- Experience in HR Shared Services for a global company in an Employee Lifecycle role will be a strong plus
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, SNOW would be beneficial
- Availability: 6h/day (flexible working hours and hybrid mode)
- 6-month internship
- Possibility of extension or conversion to Regular Employee
