- Support Cluster Commercial function with standard reporting and scorecarding against established performance measurables as well as ad-hoc reporting requests
- Partner with Cluster Commercial Leadership and French Commercial team to revise and refine reporting requirements, ensuring outputs remain relevant, meaningful and user-friendly to best support decision-making
- Develop on-demand reports and scorecards delivering improved agility through ease of access and enhanced visualization
- Collate, clean, organize and format large and complex sets of data across multiple channels, categories, customers, distributors, and sales regions.
- Analyze data to distil meaningful insights on performance trends and opportunities
- Course Correct Datas incidents from internal Tools (SFA / Promote ....)
- Present insights and recommendations to Cluster Sales Leadership and French Commercial teams on a regular basis and in a clear, concise and professional manner
- Support Commercial Analytics functional excellence, helping to evaluate new technologies to improve capability of GBS service offering
- Support business development + new market opps and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency both within Cluster and GBS Hub
- Analyse sell in / sell out Datas & Run long term forecast (12 months) per category in Volumes / NR / CA (vs Yago/ AOP)
- Develop winning relationships with key stakeholders within the Cluster Commercial function and relevant French BU Commercial teams, embedding GBS Commercial Analytics services within the organization
- Act as a point of contact and trusted business partner for Cluster Commercial team, participating in standard operational review calls with key stakeholders and Business Leaders
- Support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings
- Leading and coaching team members in their technical capabilities development. Qualifications
- Fluency in English (French is nice to have)
- Bachelors in Business / Accounting /Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering
- Strength in IT with ability to develop complex analytical modeling, advanced analytical tools, (AI an advantage)
- Extensive know-how in FMCG channels and trade
- Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience
- Demonstrated experience with MS Excel & Commercial Analytics tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaboratively and proactively works with multi-functional teams
- Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
