- Responsible for daily/weekly and monthly process reconciliation (cash monitoring and asset register)
- Follow up/Escalate with responsible business units on outstanding breaks according to internal procedure
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in self-paced online training or organized classroom training to up-scale one's technical skills
- Adhere to Citi Code of Conduct and information security policies
- Appropriately assess risk
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services working with various financial instruments, investment funds, account maintenance, capital markets
- Bachelor's diploma or higher (nice-to-have)
- Self-motivated, client-focused and detail-oriented individuals with great communication skills
- Business Analysis experience & analytical skills
- Fluent English (min. B2)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Able to work under time pressure
