- Accounts Payable
- Approving Suppliers in PeopleSoft and TetriSoft
- Confirming of bank account details with Suppliers over the phone and relevant documentation
- Reconciliation of Supplier Duplicated Report on Monthly Basis in line with agreed deadline
- Monthly preparation of Supplier Reports New and Updated, Denied Suppliers as well as any other reports as per requested by Line Manager
- Reconciliation of PeopleSoft Suppliers versus TetriSoft Suppliers on monthly basis
- Supplier Inactivation
- Monthly revision and Update of Vendor Maintenance Procedure
- Training to other AP Accountants on Supplier related subjects
- Knowledge Sharing on Supplier Approval Process
- Cooperation with SOX Auditors
- Cooperation with Procurement Team on Efficiency Projects around P to P Process
- Back upping basic Admin Tasks as requested by Line Manager
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
- Strong sense of work ethic
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
