    Position based in Warsaw (hybrid work)

    Medical Evidence Delivery Team within Oncology Business Unit (OBU) is accountable for strategic planning and operational implementation of AstraZeneca sponsored studies, externally sponsored scientific research, and early access programs to generate evidence and provide access to AstraZeneca therapies for patients.

    Manager, Evidence Project Management (Mgr EPM) will assist the Associate Director, Evidence Project Management I, II (AD EPM) in overseeing company-sponsored studies within specified timelines, budget, and quality standards. The Mgr EPM collaborates internally and externally to execute clinical studies in compliance with regulations, SOPs, and best practices.

    Typical Accountabilities

    • Mentor, coach, and support Evidence Project Management Sr Specialists and Specialists during the study
    • Provide support and oversight to ensure study delivery to agreed upon timelines, budget, and quality standards
    • Lead preparation of study documents
    • Facilitate communications with internal functions and external service providers
    • Contribute to risk identification and mitigation
    • Support project management tasks
    • Coordinate contracts with external providers
    • Maintain working relationship with vendors
    • Contribute to planning and conduct of meetings
    • Ensure accurate data management

    Requirements

    Essential

    • Bachelor's degree in medical or biological science
    • Knowledge of clinical study and drug development processes
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Project Management certification or skills
    • Ability to manage workload priorities and resources
    • Proficiency in working with external providers
    • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
    • Ability to handle competing priorities
