- Establish and enhance the supplier, subcontractor, and consultant network to align with project demands, ensuring timely project execution and updating the supply chain
- Monitor key procurement processes and provide regular updates to management
- Organize and manage tenders for procurement activities in the construction industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline procurement operations
- Generate and compile required reports
- Maintain well-organized records, both physical and digital
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)
- 10 years experience working in a related position
- Good knowledge of Polish and CEE market and proven procurement track record
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English and Polish
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
