    Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and category management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating high-value, complex agreements with global suppliers.

    • Strategic Thinking and Leadership :

  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive global sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive strategy execution across business units and regions.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant cost savings while ensuring quality and innovation.

    • Stakeholder Management :

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute procurement strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Supplier Relationship Management :

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key global suppliers.
  • Experience in supplier performance management and driving value from supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and management to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
