Firma/Branża: kontrakt podpisywany jest z Next Technology Professionals i projekt realizowany dla klienta z Bliskiego Wschodu Zjednoczone Emiraty Arabskie, Arabia Saudyjska, Oman) z branży rozrywkowej.
Model współpracy: 100% zdalnie.
Forma współpracy: B2B.
Wynagrodzenie: w zależności od doświadczenia zł net plus VAT/h.

Zakres obowiązków
Oczekujemy
Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia zawodowego w pracy na podobnym stanowisku.
Znajomości procesów Change Management oraz ich relacji z pozostałymi procesami Service Management, np. Incident, Problem.
Znajomości praktyk zarządzania procesami, takich jak ITIL.
Znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym - B2/C1.
