    • Building the value chain strategy that should guide business and IT actions
    • Defining, for the Direction and each project, quantitative or qualitative gains (values)
    • Establishing the measurement and monitoring of these gains
    • Communicating on the realized gains or conducting a feedback when objectives are not met
    • Building a change management strategy adapted to each situation
    • Cooperating with business: defining a training strategy and training paths, designing appropriate training materials, organizing and conducting training sessions, defining and implementing a communication and mobilization plan
    • Monitoring new uses and technologies to generate value
    • Leading, at the European level, a group of transformation-related leaders to identify best practices and extend them to other countries if relevant (dotted reporting line)
    • Representing company at trade shows or events related to project value and change management to exchange on market best practices and gather improvement ideas
    • Supporting countries in their convergence toward the Target Operating Model in the field of referential processes
    • Participating in all projects
    Master Data Management area |Change management and value management projects (Europe)
    • Experience of minimum 6 years required
    • Familiar with key factor success for change management
    • Mandatory proficiency in English
    • Managerial experience: ability to support a team of 5 people
    • Ability to train international teams on new processes
    • Knowledge of another European language would be appreciated (French, Italian, Spanish)
    • Occasional international travel is expected
