- Project Management:Oversee projects related to travel and expense management, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project budgets to achieve desired outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and adoption.
- Process Optimization:Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and optimization (leveraging tools such as Concur, Appzen and other relevant technologies).Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management:Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Leadership:Lead and mentor a 2 people team of travel and expense professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration;Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in travel and expense management.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends, proactively implementing updates and modifications to policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews to validate compliance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in travel and expense processes, with a strong understanding of Concur and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, from planning to execution, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on driving results and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (C1 level), with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners is preferred.
- People Management experience is a plus
