- Drive consolidation of financial systems, digitalization of financial processes and influence across functions to deliver best in class system solutions,
- Manage the finance digitalization project portfolio and strategic roadmap, and ensure successful delivery of mission-critical digitalization initiatives,
- Manage projects from idea stage to project execution by securing solid business justification, resources, issue & risk management and status follow up,
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into systems solutions,
- Point of contact to advise on Digital Finance matters,
- Actively seek out and drive improvement opportunities across business processes and system solutions and ensure real change in the way we work,
- Responsible for developing functional and technical designs, guide developers and coordinate user testing and trainings,
- Ensure adherence to global design, technical architecture, standards and compliance requirements,
- Operationalize solutions and transition to support and operational teams.
- Min. 3 years of experience in leadership and/or project management roles, demonstrating a track record of successful execution,
- Knowledge of end-to-end financial business processes, preferably in a SAP environment, with a understanding of data models and integrations,
- Work experience in a global company including high degree of interactions,
- Ability to drive process and system redesign and to deliver end-to-end finance solutions,
- Digital-minded with a high level of drive and result orientation, staying abreast of technological advancements to enhance financial processes,
- Proactive, service minded approach and ability to work independently,
- Fluency in English,
- Readiness for occasional business travel.

Your future team:
You will be a part of the global finance team, secure a continuous development of our finance platforms and determine the best business processes. You will be a partner for our stakeholders to translate business requirements into systems solutions and build business cases, ensure delivery of mission-critical digitalization initiatives and benefit realization. In projects, our team is responsible for developing functional and technical designs, guiding developers and coordinating testing and trainings and support adoption. Once solutions are operationalized, these are transitioned to support and operational teams.
What you will be doing:
As a Lead for strategic finance projects and systems, and a point of contact, you will ensure ownership, performance and improvements of our Financial systems in order to deliver value to our global organization. You will lead and coach an international team of 3 highly skilled specialists (Product Owners) within their field and support development of digital talents in our global finance. In order to be successful in this role, you will be a trusted partner with strong connections across Digital, Group Functions, ROCKWOOL Global Business Services (in Poznan, Poland) and Business.
