- administrowanie systemem JIRA oraz innymi narzędziami Atlassian (np Assets/CMDB, Eazy BI, Confluence),
- tworzenia i konfigurowania schematów, projektów, raportów oraz workflow w Jira,
- pisanie zaawansowanych zapytań JQL, AQL
- automatyzacja procesów i zadań,
- zarządzanie aplikacjami wspierającymi,
- monitoring powierzonych zasobów i rozwiązywanie incydentów,
- wsparcie klienta wewnętrznego, raportowanie z Jira
- praktyczna znajomość Jira Software i Jira Service Management - Server / Data Center (minimum 2 lata doświadczenia)
- znajomość języka angielskiego min. na poziomie B2
- umiejętność automatyzacji Jira oraz tworzenia niestandardowych rozwiązań(skryptowania) z wykorzystaniem ScriptRunner'a, Jira Misc Workflow Extensions lub Automation
- umiejętność samodzielnego tworzenia zapytań SQL
- zaangażowanie w powierzone zadania, elastyczność i optymizm ;)
- umiejętności pracy w zespole oraz współpracy z klientem wewnętrznym
- samodzielność oraz proaktywność
- doświadczenie z Assets / Insight CMDB, Confluence, Opsgenie(integracja z JSM) oraz dodatkami do Zarządzania Projektami
