- Administer and maintain the Jamf Pro server, ensuring efficient management, deployment, and security of Apple devices across the organization.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain laptops and other IT equipment, aligning with company standards and employee needs.
- Manage and configure Google Workspace and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo), optimizing these tools for project management and collaboration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, including user assistance in Jira and Google Workspace.
- Oversee user accounts, permissions, and access across all platforms, enforcing security protocols.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve system performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and streamline IT operations.
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing IT policies and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience managing Jamf Pro, Jira, and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of Apple operating systems, network protocols, security practices, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on technical support ability.
- Experience with Linux systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the German language is a big asset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working as part of a dynamic team.
- Certifications in Jamf, Atlassian products, or Google Workspace administration are highly desirable.
