- Conduct high-level business analysis of identified business capabilities and themes, focusing on business data analysis techniques like process mining.
- Analyze business problems, issues, and opportunities to propose improvements, solutions, or operating models.
- Build and maintain business architecture models to represent existing and future business scenarios.
- Support initiatives related to process mining in examination and improving self-service options for external users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
- Deliver reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- 4+ years of pro experience --> Experience in business architecture and BA modeling frameworks (process, information, role, decisions, and rules)
- Experience with ARIS business architecture modeling repository
- Proven experience in business data analysis with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Experience in business process design using BPMN and information analysis
- Experience in business decision modeling
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- English B2+ level (for collaborating with team / external partners)
- Experience in process mining is a plus
- CBDA certification
