- Design, develop and implement customer defined business processes and new functionalities using Chorus BPM.
- Ensure that changes are deployed efficiently and in accordance with BPMN and company standards and best practices while minimizing potential impact on existing processes.
- Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure they meet quality standard.
- Report progress and escalate risks and issues to Chorus BPM Development Manager.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Chorus processes.
- Collaborate closely with business analyst and stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into Chorus BPM requirements and implement updates to existing Chorus processes.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in Chorus BPM and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolved incidents in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide training and support to Operational users and other stakeholders as required, provide curriculum development updates, input, guidance based on experience.
- Conduct a requirement walkthrough and demo of developed solution as required.
- Take active part in release of Chorus BPM process changes, product upgrades and Clients migrations.
- Post production and ongoing support.
- Practical knowledge about BPMN
- Relational databases (basic SQL skills)
- Communicative English (min B2) – support to be provided to English speaking teams
