Who we are looking for:

The Business Analyst role involves working with business teams to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for changes in processes, policies, and information systems.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the BA process outlined in the BA Charter
• Analyze system enhancements/regulatory changes/ operational process improvement requests
• Collaborate with business representatives to understand requirements
• Define "as-is" and "to-be" business processes
• Translate business needs into application and operational requirements
• Document requirements using standard templates
• Review requirements with Business and Technology teams
• Report progress to Project Manager
• Escalate risks and issues to Project Manager
• Collaborate with developers and end users for technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Create User Manuals, Training Material, and Application Support Documents
• Assist with problem-solving
• Stay updated on specialist knowledge and share with team members
• Manage small initiatives as needed

Work Parameters:

Must adhere to Internal State Street Poland procedures & regulations and Performance Planning and Review System (PPR)

Qualifications / Skills:

• Knowledge of requirements life cycle
• Experience in business analysis in the financial sector
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to ask the right questions and interpret information effectively
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management
• Proactive and organized approach to problem-solving

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with BPMN and process modeling systems such as Visio or Bizagi

Education and Experience:

Background in economics, business, or finance desirable

Minimum 1 year of business analysis experience in financial services
