- You will manage the sales cycle from prospect to close with experience of exceeding quotas
- You will show potential customers the value of the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio, conducting both in-person and virtual meetings (with the help of technical experts)
- You understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position the right Autodesk Construction Cloud products
- You will manage and qualify inbound leads and pipeline, with accurate responses
- You will work with and mentor Construction Solution Executives (BDRs) to generate leads and growth in their territory
- You will oversee the regional territory plan and forecast
- You are ready to expand your sales career in the exciting & growing Construction Tech space
- You will report to the manager, sales for the region
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions in the field
- Ideally you will speak Polish, Czech, Hungarian or other european languages but must speak fluent English
- You are experienced in exceeding quota

We are looking for a Sales Professional to join the Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) team and work with our highest growth accounts and new prospects.
This role will cover a portfolio of both Mid Market & Territory accounts across Eastern Europe.
With a regional approach to selling to the construction industry, we are looking for someone to be the go-to resource and expert in their territory as we look to build net-new business and expand our existing account base across the UK.
Our smaller set of focussed Mid Market Accounts represent ACS for a specific set of growth targets.
Our wider Territory Accounts for ACS in this assigned geography focus on growing net-new business and expand our existing account base across EMEA.
