- Actively searching for suitable candidates and managing job postings
- Conducting initial screening interviews via phone and coordinating in-person interviews
- Evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
- Handling reporting and administrative tasks related to recruitment
- Engaging in additional projects like job fairs, employer branding activities, and CSR initiatives
- Fluency in German and English
- Prior experience in recruitment, either in-house or with an agency
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, sourcing and screening candidates
- Familiarity with social media and professional networking platforms
- Passion for recruitment and a drive to excel
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions
- Positive mindset, strong communication abilities, and a receptive attitude
- An educational background in HR is advantageous but not required
