- Obsługa niemieckojęzycznego klienta biznesowego w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów związanych z umieszczeniem jego produktów na znanej platformie zakupowej, tj. problemy z rejestracją konta, logowaniem, sposobami płatności, dostawami, magazynowaniem itp.
- Kontakt głównie poprzez e-mail, ale nie zabraknie również połączeń przychodzących i czatów.
