- Budowanie i zarządzanie zespołem programistów/testerów, dbając o efektywność i morale zespołu/ów
- Dbanie o rozwój członków zespołu oraz współpracę wewnątrzdziałową i szerzenie dobrych praktyk
- Opiekę nad klientem biznesowym i kompleksowe zarządzanie projektami (budżetowanie, staffing, umowy, ocena ryzyka...), w różnych modelach współpracy
- Współpracę z dostawcami i partnerami, w tym negocjowanie umów oraz utrzymanie korzystnych relacji biznesowych
- Aktywne wsparcie działu handlowego w procesie analizy zapytań i pozyskiwaniu nowych klientów
- Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami i ludźmi w obszarze produkcji oprogramowania
- Wykształcenie kierunkowe techniczne lub jego ekwiwalent w latach doświadczenia
- Bardzo dobra znajomość branży i rynku IT
- Znajomość metodyk zwinnych (SCRUM, Kanban, LeSS)
- Znajomość standardów zarządzania projektami (np. PMI)
- Bardzo dobra znajomość j. niemieckiego i j. angielskiego w mowie i piśmie – min. B2
- Poparta doświadczeniem umiejętność budowania i zarządzania zespołem
- Wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje w zakresie negocjacji, prowadzenia prezentacji oraz zarządzania zmianą i ryzykiem
- Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, proaktywność oraz świetna organizacja czasu
