,[Assist in the strategy recommendation, design, and implementation of the Active Directory environment, along with corresponding policy development, to meet current and future business needs, Ensure the integrity of services for Active Directory and file servers for internal users , Provide technical design and maintenance policies for the domain, including updating and patching, Research and understand new technologies around identity authentication, developing designs, and planning for implementation (e.g., Azure, Cloud-based Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Microsoft Identity Manager), Provide solutions, technical project implementation, and 2nd and 3rd level support to the business unit's Service Desk Team and Business Application teams, Participate in the architecture of Identity & Access solutions, recommend products, and create detailed specifications, Recommend, develop, and maintain tools supporting the environment, Document findings and provide information to upper management, Mitigate risks to the end-user operating environment by collaborating with Security Officers and the Service Desk team, Identify and resolve issues promptly, understand trends, and initiate corrective action to prevent recurring problems in the user workspace, Develop and maintain processes and documentation for the Business Unit's Service Desk Team.
