    For our Client one of the most innovative and leading companies in the production of electric water heaters and electrical heating appliances in Europe with a presence in over 55 countries, 4 continents we are searching for responsible, self-driven:

    Production Customer Service Specialist

    Office location: In Upper Silesia

    Responsibilities:

    • Processing customer orders and inquiries in the SAP system.
    • Collaborating with the production plant to ensure the availability of devices, timely order fulfilment, and placing orders to replenish local warehouse stocks.
    • Supervising the fulfilment of customer orders from the stage of entry to the stage of completion.
    • Coordinating shipments of finished products with the logistics department and managing documentation.
    • Checking and updating prices and trade conditions in the ERP system.
    • Responding to customer requests, and providing information on orders and delivery schedules.
    • Handling customer complaints, and forwarding them to the relevant internal departments for resolution.
    • Conducting written and telephone correspondence with partners, providing support, and issuing necessary documents.
    • Providing general office and administrative support, including handling phone calls, correspondence, maintaining files, and office supplies.
    • Coordinating direct actions to achieve the expected quality of cooperation with dedicated clients in the assigned region and collaboration with internal structures.
    • Participating in the implementation and standardization of regional processes and ensuring the best customer service standards.
    • Supervising logistical processes and improving processes where necessary in collaboration with the company's headquarters.
    • Supporting office work and the supervisor in daily tasks, including overseeing documentation, circulation, and maintaining high communication standards.
    • Recognizing areas for improvement and potential threats.
    • Supporting communication and cooperation with structures in the region.

    Our expectations:

    • Higher education in economics or technology.
    • At least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management, collaborating with production plants, and order management.
    • Proficiency in the Polish language at a native level and excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
    • Computer skills: proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
    • Interpersonal skills: responsibility, independence, organizational proficiency, excellent communication skills, problem-solving orientation, ability to work under time pressure, task prioritization, an open and enthusiastic attitude towards the world, and a strong sense of responsibility for assigned duties.
