- Maintaining, monitoring and supporting Virtual Machines and Platforms
- Process IT tickets for solutions related service requests or incidents designed mainly in the Microsoft Power Platform, but not limited to
- Update dedicated software
- Report activities, runtime and accessibility to Digital Services team
- Create and maintain digital solutions
- Communicate, inform and support end users upon dedicated updates
- Process and analyse error logs
- Fluent in English language
- Work with dedication and precision independently
- Basic knowledge and understanding of technical solutions and reports
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Motivated, flexible and curious - open minded individual
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in 1st Line Support in IT Service Desk
- Understanding of ticket processing
- Scripting Experience is an added value
- Stable job based on an employment contract
