- provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements,
- prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use,

- assist with financial tasks such as expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing,
- conduct research and compile data as needed to support decision-making processes,
- act as a liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication at all times,
- handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism,
- assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles will be an asset,
- fluent English, intermediate German will be an asset,
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant software,
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, staff, and external contacts,
- exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines,
- ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
