- Support of Purchasing Processes
- Support of PRtoPO process
- Dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers
- Inputting order confirmations in the system
- Dealing with assignment of incoming tickets in the system
- Providing helpdesk service for internal customers
- Working under time pressure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc)
- High command of English (speaking and writing)
- Optional Romanian language (benefit)
- Ability to work in a team and international environment
- Customer orientation and organizational skills, with the ability of multi-tasking
