    We are now looking for Sales Manager to join our brand-new team here at Radisson RED Kraków , you conduct thedrama You will ensure the heart and soul of Radisson RED beats loudly andstrong. Innovative and ahead of the curve, you will create the RED volutionwhere our guests can't wait to come back and experience the moment again, theywill go social, where it's constant snap and chatter.

  • Our Sales Managers areambitious, thirsty for results and love interacting with people
  • You will support the smoothfunctioning of the sales department, implement plans and objectives in the areaof active sales
  • You will actively work toimprove guest satisfaction and comfort, ensuring a positive and timely responseto enquiries and problem solving, monitors customer satisfaction with servicesprovided
  • You will present the hotel'soffer, prepare commercial offers, negotiate prices and contract terms, preparescontracts for clients,
  • You build and maintaineffective relationships with all key stakeholders
  • As an integral part of salesteam, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smoothrunning of the Sales Department
  • As Sales Manager, you will join a teamthat is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe thatanything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do

    Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Sales Manager

  • You ideally have previousexperience in Sales, preferably in hotel chain
  • You have experience incommercial contacts with corporate clients and the MICE segment
  • You speak Polish andEnglish
  • You can quicklyfamiliarize yourself with the use of IT systems
  • You are solution-orientedand rise to any challenge
  • You are passionate aboutmaking a positive impact on those around you - both guests and yourco-workers
  • You are flexible withpositive Yes I Can attitude
