- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions
- Address customer needs and concerns to promote the company's products and services
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team
- Ensure sales representatives meet or exceed their individual and team quotas
- Provide guidance and support to improve sales performance
- Ensure that all sales activities and promotional efforts comply with industry regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular training to educate the team on compliance requirements
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and team activities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business)
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales target
