- Assist Program Manager with daily site operations and resourcing of requirements within designated area.
- Assist Program Manager with day-to-day operational activities at respective sites
- Point of contact for the respective site (s)
- Ensures that operational processes facilitate meeting performance / mission requirements
- May be required to obtain a government security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Human Resources or related field OR Associate degree (or European equivalent) in any field plus 5 years' experience as an interpreter, translator, ESL or foreign language instructor or linguist supervisor or linguist program manager.
- Must be fluent C2/C2 (CEF Scale) in a Slavic or East European language ( Ukrainian. Polish. Russian. Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian, Bulgarian. Czech, Slovak, Slovenian. Albanian, Hungarian, or Romanian.)
- Minimum 5 years of management / administrative experience within United States Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR) required
- Experience as an interpreter, translator, ESL or foreign language instructor or linguist supervisor or linguist program EUCOM Theater area of operations preferred.
- Possess communication skills to effectively interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates.
